Terms
A deliberately bounded closed beta.
These source terms describe the intended initial boundary. Final operator identity, contact, and effective-date review are required before invitations or public collection begin.
Eligibility and authorization
The beta is for invited operators who can demonstrate authority to monitor the approved public domains and journeys they configure. You may not target systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
Acceptable use
You may not use FormSentinel to:
- probe private networks, local services, metadata services, or prohibited ports;
- circumvent authentication, access controls, rate limits, or anti-abuse systems;
- submit real purchases, payments, applications, or other irreversible transactions;
- enter production credentials, personal data, payment data, or confidential content; or
- run arbitrary code, upload scripts, scrape at scale, or disrupt another service.
Beta limitations
The beta may change, pause, reject a target, lose evidence, or end. Monitoring intervals are approximate, results can be incomplete or incorrect, and no uptime, detection-time, compatibility, or availability guarantee is made. FormSentinel is not a substitute for your own testing, observability, security, backup, or incident-response controls.
Evidence and decisions
A browser result is a signal, not proof of business impact, legal compliance, payment state, or customer experience. You remain responsible for validating incidents before making operational, financial, or customer-facing decisions.
Suspension and removal
Access may be declined, limited, or removed to protect users, third parties, the service, or provider limits. Targets that exceed the closed-beta boundary can be blocked without prior notice. Privacy and deletion requests continue to be handled under the privacy notice.
